Overworking

When I feel stressed and anxious over relationships it usually comes down to that I am trying to fix something that is not something I can fix. If you ever feel this way I recommend that the best thing to do is to stop all the work.
 
Lean back, how hard it might be to do so, lean back and let things be the way it is at this moment.
 
If it´s hard to relax, do something that make you feel good. Pet the cat, take a bath, watch people and pets make stupid things on Youtube (if that´s something that makes you laugh)

I have experienced the biggest and most wonderful changes and things when I have stopped doing things that brings me stress.
Cause when you lean back, someone else will step forward.. try it and see how it works. Let me know what you think
